You're born to be a leader!

Leadership is not just a quality it is a deep rooted virtue that must be nurtured in children from an early age. True leadership is not about power or position; it is about responsibility, empathy, and the willingness to stand by others in both triumph and failure.

A leader must learn to organize, inspire, and energize their team. They should be alert, creative, and above all, accountable not just for their own actions, but also for the collective outcomes of the group. Whether it's success or setback, a true leader never backs away from owning it.

Great leaders also possess humility. They accept their mistakes and are willing to take responsibility for the errors of their team not to shield failure, but to build trust and unity. They lead from the front, not from above.

Importantly, leadership is not about dominance or being bossy. A good leader listens more than they speak, includes everyone, and remains fair and unbiased. They are a part of the team, not someone who stands apart. Real leadership is about building rappo, sharing ideas, and fostering a sense of belonging.

I feel,“A leader is not just one who lead, but a friend in deed.” It’s heartening to see children showing interest in leadership today. Ironically, while they step forward, we as adults sometimes step back hesitant to take on the mantle.

We must remember that children learn leadership best by observing it. If we can’t be perfect leaders, we can still be powerful examples or mentors. Let’s raise our children "not just future leaders, but as humans who has leadership qualities".

If you think they're same, its not! because being a leader and possessing leadership are not the same , they're totally different streams.

And I communicate with your minds through my thoughts 💭 ✌️
